Couple consultation
Once you decide to choose us as your Videographer, we will arrange a time to visit you and discuss in more detail your wedding day. We will find out from you exactly what you want us to film, whether you want us to start filming at the brides house, or the wedding parting in full swing!! We are here to discuss and provide you with everything you want from your wedding DVD!

Payment
We provide various payment plans to suit your financial requirements, including a final payment which can be made after your wedding (no later then 30 days after).

Signing of the contract
Once we have agreed on everything, we will send you a contract for you to review and sign and return to us. We will also send you a music CD for you to play on your computer which will contain a number of typical wedding songs for you to review and pick for your own wedding DVD!

After the day
We aim to provide you with a draft copy of your wedding DVD for you to review. This will be provided within a month of your wedding date. Once you have reviewed the first copy of your wedding DVD, you will be asked to submit any changes you wish to make. After we have received your changes we will update your wedding DVD and send you the final copy enclosed in a professional looking DVD case with professional looking DVDs with pictures taken from your wedding video.
